DIY Camera Mount? Where?

i can't find the DIY or any threads detailing it, but i've seen the pics and instructions before. can anyone tel me where to find the DIY for mounting a video camera inside the car from the headrest?

Reviving an old thread...

Where do you buy the actual swivel mount for the camera? All the other stuff seems pretty easy to find.

Got some spare time this weekend, would be a great addition for autocross.
