hi, what is the best H1 bulbs that you ever had? the brightest and whitest! I am sick of my "xenon" type bulbs, they are even worse than stock.

I use the TYC projector with the Xenon bulb H1 for the lowbeam, just got home from a trip up north on a windy rainy night...... I've decided I'm going back to the stock housings cleared. I need to be able to see in the winter around Ohio! Short of buying a true HID system, I don't think there is a bulb for the H1 that's much brighter.... PIAA might have one but you run the risk of them burning out quickly.... and they are not that cheap.

I have the ones above in the pic... My low beams are the H3. Can I use an H1 instead? my highs are H1. Can I make my lows H1 also?

Wow you paid 80 dollars for Piaa bulbs and they have lasted you almost a year? What a steal I think i will go replace my oem bulbs wich would prolly last the life of the car and replace them with dimmer bulbs and pay 80 dollars for them so I can reduce my visabilty at night! SWEET!

I still use the same H1's that came with my TYC projectors for regular driving and have xenons for my brights and they work really nicely.

TYC Jectors use H1's for both high & low beam ( You can use the H3 for your high, but you'll need to wire the extra wire, H3's are mainly for fog's) I myself have TYC jectors with PIAA Extreme White H1's, very good visibility, and I only paid $65 for them (shop around). I've used them alomst the entire summer, and I am now back to stock only because I'm resealing both jectors.
