Yes, I am from Canada (Toronto) and I didn't know the DRL dashboard indicator lite would stay on if I pull the fuse. I guess I'll leave them on....thanks!
The reason I want to disable the DRL is to save on sooner bulb replacements and at times when you sit and wait for someone and don't want to shut off the car, the damn DRL's stay on and I don't want to be as noticed at night with them on. So I have to turn off the car, pull up the handbrake, then re-start to disable them. It's a minor thing, but it's annoying like the A/C coming on with defroster (I disabled that too).

My Yamaha R6 is up for sale for $7500 CDN and it's in MINT shape. E-mail me for more info.
