ok i put on front and rear sway bars from suspension techniques and both of them vibrated, the back on my tcs exhaust and the front on my cat. Fixing te back was easy, but the front i had to cut a 2 in section out of my cat heat shield now i have about a half in clearance between the exposed cat and sway bar. My question was does the cat get hot enough to damage the sway bar or anything around it (i checked it before i cut it and it seem'd ok)?[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

It shoudln't get hot enough to warp a metal sway bar, but if it does damn. I ran with the heat shield off in almost every one of my vehicles, once it started rattling I just ripped that SOB right off. Never had a problem
