damn fellas i didn't know this was a ? asking everyone's opinion of euro tails and apc...i just wanted to know the steps to resealing them and possibly opening them up and cleaning the waterspots off....is everyone always so worried about getting some smarta$$ comment in?
okay man i have these same tails and this happened to me. here's how i fixed it.
1. take taillights off car and let water and waterspots evaporate, you can speed it up using a hair dryer on low heat setting. once all water and foggy spots are gone........
2. get some winshield sealant type silicone, basically the silicone thats designed to fit into small gaps so it wont be bulky chunks of rubber like all the other chuckleheads do. i got it at ace hardware. put the silicone in the outermost crease/gap between the lens and the plastic housing, all the way around. let it dry for a day before you put it back on the car.
this should fix your problem
