Header Torque

Does anyone know the torque for the nuts and bolts the connect the header to the block, and the torque for the bolts that connect the downpipe to the header? mine are currently at 30lbs?[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

D17A1 engine is 23 ft lbs for the block and 33 ft lbs for the flange
