o2 wires.....

if I were to get the random tech downpipe with cat, how would i go about lengthening my second o2 sensor since I have an lx? what is the wire made of? What type of wire could i use?

ive heard you can use some sealed, weatherproofed 12 guage wire, but thats just me i would ask some other peepz too.

yeah some 12 guage wire should be fine, just make sure your connections are good, I would suggest soldering them. Also wrap it in wire loom too to protect it from the elements. Later...

I would defintiely solder and use heat shrink tubing on the wires. Plus, I would use some other type of wire protection over that just to be on the safe side. Let us know how this works out, I may want to do this mod too, good luck!

yeah i hand soldered and shrink wrapped the wires for my components and 6X9's.....i wouldnt do it any other way. thanks [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/IMG]
