Torque on Nuts for Header

Does anyone know the factory recommended torque you should apply to your headers? "As tight as I can get them" doesn't sit to well in my stomach .

dont be like me. I accidentally stripped the engine block's threading...

its not a big deal though, leaks from that point isn't too easy... I was too lazy to check how much its at when I took it out.

Tight, but not too tight. I broke the head off of one the bolts going into the engine trying to get it tighter than a virgin. So, don't over do it.
