Re-installing OEM resonator and air filter

If I take my AEM CAI out, do I have to put back the OEM mounting bracket or can I just put back the resonator and air filter without the bracket since the bracket only holds the resonator on with one bolt. Thanks!

guess its not a big deal... since there will be 3 other bolts... but all of those are on the right.. and there's only one on the left...

there really shouldn't be any problem as long as u dont drive on super bumpy road where the resonator might hit the hood or what not...

Is it 1 or 2 bolts that hold on the OEM bracket? I can't seem to figure it out.
