Did I do this right?

I installed my CAI on monday, I popped the hood to check on everything today and the hose on the right (the fuel hose) was starting to stick to the CAI pipe. I lifted it off and it left a little black mark on the pipe, so I'm wondering... Should these 2 hoses be under the CAI? Or what can I do to insulate the hoses so they don't melt?

i dont think it matters, but put the hoses under the intake.it looks cleaner that way.

probably just because of that rubber piece is soft rubber, and in the engine heat, along with the intake being metal it is easy to melt.

I guess try putting it under, maybe even put some black electrical tape around it for 'insulation'

OK... I'll move it tomorrow morning, I'm not driving anywhere tonight anyway. Question: It says "Do Not Kink" on the hose, it is the FUEL LINE. So what can I do to move it and adjust the path of the hose there is an elbow connection for it against the firewall, but how much adjustment can I make in it? If I put it underneath the intake, it's just going to push up on the intake. The Autozone said exhaust line tape might help shield some of the heat, so I'll probably try that too, I'm just glad I caught this early.
