how do i install an m3 powered mirror with led?
yea i dont know anything about installing car stuff but the guy was this place was charging me 50 to have them installed and i was like damn thats expensive... i think its cause of the side blinker led thing so how would i hook this up? im a newbie and dont even know the first thing.... like how do i get off the stock ones? also can i smoke the leds? and painting them at the bodyshop cost more then what i purchased them for so is there a way i can paint them myself cheaply? well thanks!
The install is easy...i was the first person here to get them...anyway, just go to the DIY section and go to the Sidemarker DIY, it tells you which wires you need to connect to...also, The wires that come with them mirrors are backwards of conventional wiring....meaning, the ground is the black w/ white strip...i think....it's easy...have fun!

WHOA... those look a lot different than wut i had imagined. i never really liked the whole LED lighting idea on the mirrors, even with Mercedes, but hey, that dont look half bad. im still glad i got my M3 style mirrors custom built without the LED, still to flashy and bright for my taste.
