Not sure whats needed but in the back of your owners manual there's a service scedule that will tell you what you need. The dealer should have went over it when you bought your car.
i wouldn't say about 100k for tune up, you usually start doing tune up work at about 30k. that's when some of the minor works gets done. shouldn't be too much if your consistent on oil changes. you do want to get your valves turned, probably a new fuel filter, check the transmission fluids, but i would probably say the heavier work comes in at about 60k.

umm, as far as i know ALL new cars, since like atleast '98, say somewhere in the engine bay about no tune up till 100K miles, the computer tunes it for u, the only thing u gotta do anymore is oil change, tire rotation, and that kind of stuff, untill 100K, u dont really do anything. when i got mine it came with a little booklet that has a maintenance schedule in 5K increments, and tells you what is recommended to be done at that mileage point.
FORGET changing ur fuel filter mine has 28,000, i thought about changing it so i bought one, after several hours i still can't locate it, i even took it to local oil change places and Valvoline, finally i broke down and went to the dealer, they told me it is a lifetime filter and Honda recommends never changing it, even if you do you have to have a special tool and you have to drop your gas tank, just some helpful info.

DOn't need a tune up for around 100k. Just an grease job on the hinges or some other minor junk. Do it yourself, way cheaper and you know its done right.[hr]

actually we tried removing the back seat and entering the fuel tank by removing the pump but you can't really get to the filter that way that we could see, the dealer told us you had to have a special tool to get it and actually drop the tank
