i cant find the R1 resistor. the forum said its the smallest resistor but i see 2 small resistor. they both look like the same size. the 1 small resistor has a (orange, orange, red, and gold) color bar; other 1 has a (red, orange, green, and silver) color bar. which 1 is it. do i take it out or soder the new 1 on top of it.

Rep Power: 0 dont know man, but i worked around the hyperblinker. if one of your bulbs goes out, you notice how the blinker blinks twice as fast? well i ordered a led light bulb cluster 3156 style for rear blinker signals from terrshop <this dude who sells this stuff on ebay. the led bulb cluster requires less power, which tricks the blinkers to think theres one burnt out, which in turn makes them blink twice as fast, and therefore i have a new bulb and hyperblinker in one package.

Rep Power: 0 are you sure you took the right blinker circuit from the fuse area?. It should under the steering wheel and the highest black object to the top right. and also the resistor says numbers and not colors i think. Ask me if you got more questions. Did this myself also and I used a 100K ohm resistor in parallel with the the 133k ohm which is R1. Any lower of a value and it blinks too rapidly which causes people to be annoyed of you. I used a 25k ohm resis which blinks like 5x the normal rate and the person in front of me waited till the yellow to go, leaving me to wait the red light again. Late.

Rep Power: 0 What is wrong with people? Does making your single lights blink faster make you a faster car? NO!!!! Why wast your time on useless mods?

Rep Power: 0 First question: do you have a coupe or sedan?
if you have a sedan, the blinker relay is totally different. It is possible, and there was a thread on the sedan blinker a few weeks ago.
It sounds like you have the sedan relay, being that you see resistors with color bands.
the coupe relay has pcboard mount resistors... no colors, just numbers.

Rep Power: 0 well it all depends on the cop jsut for the fact that some can be ****** at times and the rest can be cool with it. I have been told by cops that they are illegal but never got a ticket for it yet.
