First you need to know how to use a wrench... maybe even a socket wrench.
Next you need to open the package
Now find the lever in your car that opens the hood, and pull on it
Here's the hard part: Look at the bar thingy that came out of the package and look at the ends of it. There should be holes cut in a patern.
Now try to find your strut towers... this may take some time, so make sure you have gone to the bathroom first, or else you will have to start over from the beggining.
At this point, you should have found some bolts and nuts on the strut towers. Now just like when you were in kindergarden, find the shapes that fit in the holes. I'm talking about the bolts and the holes on the end of that bar thingy.
You may need a parent or an adult to help you for this next part.
Remove the nuts on the bolts that go thru the holes using wrench you found. (Try to use a wrench that fits)
Once the nuts are removed, try to play like mommy and the milk man, and put the bolt in the hole.
...Skipping ahead because I'm tired of my reply already....
Put the nuts back on, tighten down and BAM! you're done.
Now test out that new strut bar on those dangerous curves out at the drag strip.

The other way is to:
1. Open wallet
2. Take out plastic card
3. Hand it to the nice man behind the desk
4. Sit on old dirty chair and read magazines from 1994.
5. Wait until they give you your keys back.
5. Try those curves at your local drag strip.

"Mommy and the milkman"
haw haw, that's just sick and wrong ..
Ph0ng, that's probably the best DIY I've read in a while. And certainly the easiest to follow ..
Hey Kubski, what strut bar did you go with? Just curious, it's a very very near future purchase for me.
Thanks!
