i trust the guys with my life. they did a talon and dynoed a 20 hp increase. i saw the stuff before they put it back on and it looked execllent
dayum! that sounds HELLA CHEAP for a port and polish job on the intake and exhaust ports? hmm, id be a lil concerned with the price of this port job. it sounds nice, but dayum, thats about 1/10 of the price that i've heard for a FULL port/polish job, not including the BORING of a carb. well, goodluck to you on this one! let us know how it turns out....
BTW... i hope you know how to tune your car/engine, cuz once you start messin with ur engine in those kinda ways, that extra Horsepower brings extra problems! goodluck on that tip too!

um whats a warrenty. if the car blows up oh well i will get a new one. and yes i already have all new gaskets.
6-13 "REAL" horsepower! I dont doubt the gains from the port/polish! But I think that if you were gonna do it then youd wanna replace some other important internals Since your gonna be in there anyways! Maybe thats just me though! I dont like to do half a job! kind of waste of time if you ask me! But thats just me! Sorry for my bluntness. dakota

pimp i love your bluntless. you get right to the point with no BS. well taking about internals. i am talking to crane cams about making a cam that will increase the vtec intake lobe but leave the others alone so i keep good ideal. and i will be beefing everything up once i get somemore money.

hey PseudoChrist. thanks for that info. he isnt on right now and i wont get to talk to him until tommorow after i get it done.
are you port and polishing just the manifolds or the ports in the head, cuz if you port the manifolds you will have to take the head off and match port them or you will get very little gains.

I can't believe I didn't see this thread earlier!
Um... As far as I know the intake manifold is made out of plastic. Yep, plastic.

yes the intake runners are made of plastic.(u will see in the pic) however there is a peice of aluminum conecting the runner to the head and that is where honda restricts the flow of air. and that is where we bored that sucker out and polished it
