hp racing new for 2002
did anyone see the ad in this month's super street. hp racing will soon be coming out with a package deal which includes header, cat by-pass, and chip. I called hp- racing and they said that they need more people to let them test their products on their cars. so come on florida, sack up and call hp-racing to let them use your car. do it for the rest of us please!!

yo man, same here....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I got the new 4-1 header and racing cat. from HP for testing. The only problem was the exhauste was way to loud. and to be honest with you I lost so much low end torque that it was anoying. (Automatic) So I changed the cat for a high flow insted.
The high flow feels better during normal driving. I had almost a sraight pipe system with the hp cat (is core less). Its also quiter now. It is still too loud for my taste, and honestly I dont know what muffler to use to make it quiter. I have an aerospeed (straight through design) I think I need a chamber highflow muffler. Can anyone recomend one?

I'd ebay or sell that aerospeed muff on the this site. I would go with a magnaflow muffler. You should be able to get the same one that comes with the cat-back systems for out cars. It is very quiet but just loud enough to enjoy it. Either do that, or sell the cat, and the muffler, and go buy a full cat-back system. You'll loose a some money on it but you will be happy in the end.
