front strut bar
rear strut bar
front tie bar
rear tie bar
The strut bars are all upper and the tie bars are lower. The strut bars span the mounting positions of the struts on the chassis. The tie bars tie together the pivot points of the suspension.

<< do u guys really think these bars can make a big impact on the car? >>
To be honest... my DC Sports front tower strut was one of the best investments made on my car. The problem with our civics is the body roll around curves. The strut bars reduce the roll and make it a nice tight unibody construction... so yes, I believe the strut bars really do make a difference
i believe that the struts and tie bars make a big differance. That was the first thing i did when i had my integ was suspension. On my civic i got the upper and rear strut and the handling is much better. I think you can probably by a cheap one from ebay and itll work almost just as good as a DC or a name brand one. Benen Industries is the way to go IMO when it comes to struts but they havent come up with anything yet for the 7thgens...
