Was there ever a DIY for the spare tire relocation?

I just searched and didn't find it so I don't know if it never existed or if it just got lost. Anyhow I just wanted to know how that was done.

Probably nobody will tell ya, its just something you gotta do on you own. I am thinking about doing it and suposedly all you need is basically some jack stands and a drill. If you do try it, good luck!!!

Okay, back on topic... yeah, there was more of a controvery over the spare tire relocation than there were questions on how to do it. It was ridiculous... but yeah, the answer lies in the FAQ.
