Help R1 Coilover Install

I have everything on but the top disc of the coilover will not slide down the strut at all?? is it supossed to be liek this or is it supposed to move with the spring??

Rep Power: 0 is it tha back or front and no need for tha compressor it coil overs rite not spring if its tha back keep on trying ull find tha rite way ran to same problem but it no biggie peace.......................oh yea tha ride suck like hell tho

The front runs butifully and isn't bouncy at all, but the back I pulled the soft spring becuase it wasn't low enough so now that is bouncy as all get out but we are gonna cut the hard sping down some back there so we can put in the soft spring. So it should all ride good after that. This is a good coilover setup when all the parts are installed and I will tell u how it rides tomorrow after we fix the back
