I have a 98 civic with a jdm b18c1 the transmission makes a grinding noise in neutraul and will go into any gear but wont move only makes grinding noise more violent noise gets progesevly violent with higher gear selection sometimes there is no grinding in neutral unless i rev the engine up to about 3 or 4k any idea as to what this problem is

The b18c1 is not a jdm motor it is a gsr. The b18c is the jdm motor. But anyway not sure what to tell you man. You might have to take your tranni off and inspect it. It could be possibly that the flywheel is loose or something but then again it probably is something internal. Take your tranni off and crack it open the tranni and inspect the inputshaft and mainshaft and see if you can see anything wrong.
