Just got a JDM D15B

The JDM D15B motor i just put in the car is a non vtec. if i wanted to make it a Vtec what would i need to do?

maybe vtec head swap, new ecu, and manually running wiring for vtec solenoid? not even sure its possible on that engine. and for what, 5-10hp.
