Replaced O2 sensor and cleared codes. Took to get inspection and failed emissions because senors had not reset.
How long does it take for the sensors to reset on the car and in the computer once the codes are cleared? 50 starts, 500 miles what is the magic number?

oh i see, you mean for the ecu to relearn all the fuel maps and stuff. i usually say one tank of gas will do it. few hundred miles.
