URGENT - PLEASE HELP - Malfunction Indicator Light - vehicle not running at all I have a Honda Civic 02 EX.
For the past two days the vehicle had problems while accelerating. Today, all of a sudden, it's MIL (Malfunction Indicator Light) came on. After wards, when I tried to speed up, it made loud sounds - "I can't accelerate easily" kinda sounds. Once when I stopped at a signal light where it was slightly uphill, it stopped moving; neither did it go forward nor reverse. I had to tow it.
What might be problem - any idea?

need to find out what the check engine light came on for. that will tell you exactly whats wrong.
