Got money to blow on an NA build need input

Im 2 stroking now more than ever and it's either by the valve guides or the piston rings. I'm thinking more valve guides because it only smokes on start up and stops when at operating temp. Either way it's an excuse to overhaul.

I'm looking for a mild street/weekend auto x build. Got a few parts laid out and by about mid september I can start pissing away cash. Planning on setting the red line (where I stop maknig power obviousy) but with the pistons i picked out and the cams I have I should see power as high as 9k. I was hoping to get some input from you guys as to what to put on this thing

I have 10.4: compression now and I wanted to go to about 11.5 or so.
I've picked out the following....

Bottom
Nippon 11.5 pistons 84mm bore (stock)
Going to use stock B16 rods (although I have thought about eagle H beams)
ARP rod bolts
ARP head studs/bolts
Mugen headgasket (or something similar NOT doing the OEM removing a layer ****)
ACL main/rod bearings
KMS oil pump

Top
Skunk2 valve train, kms or supertech. When I bought the head I was told it had ITR valves and springs. Is there any way I can know for sure?
KMS block guard.
Skunk2 cam gears (planning on setting to +1/-1

The most important thing to me is getting the rings and guides done so it will stop burning oil.

I wanted to get a girdle like on the gsr block but do i have to get the GSR caps?

I already have a Spoon 70mm TB ITR IM (P&P) skunk1 pro 1 cams intake header exhaust blah blah blah. Would my plugs need an additional heat range?
