i just did an engine swap.went to start it up and got nothin.. i need some helpo

check all wires and connections to sensors. check your starter and make sure the battery has charge

will a bad ground stop it from starting/i did a swap from a d16y7 auto trans to a d16z6 mannel trans/ so and igs like no power is getting to the starter. iam lost when it comes to wireing

yeah, make sure all grounds are secure.

a bad ground is a very big deal and will definitely cause problems with starting. Make sure all the connections are tight and clean. Do you know how to use a test light or multimeter? if so start testing your connections with one of those.

how many.grounds.r on a z6 and were r they at

im guessing 3 like most other hondas battery to transmission, transmission to chassis, and I cant think of where the third would be but i think there is one. do you have power to anything such as lights? if not i would say take a look at your fuse box and make sure you reconnected that power.
