Question Want To Put XM Radio In My 07 Civic LX

I really want to install XM radio into my 2007 civic coupe lx. What exactly would I need to purchase to do so? I really don't want something that is going to be really bulky and make the interior of my car look cramped and ugly. If anyone has pictures of how they set up their xm radio in their civic I'd love to see. Otherwise can someone tell me what I would need?
Thanks

i'm not sure on this, but can't you just buy a headunit with XM radio capability on it? or just buy the XM unit.
