I bought a used ecu and i took it to honda to get flashed to my keys, it took them like two hours and they said that my computer would not take any of the codes and that my computer is probably bad, do you guys think this is true or are they just trying to get me to buy a new one from them? is there any way that i could check? when i connected the other ecu and put the key on the on position everything seemed fine just for the key light blinking cuz its not programed to the key. also the old ecu gave me a P0401 code egr insuficient flow. what should i do?

EX or LX? if you put the wrong computer in it wont take. when i fried mine i had to get one of two specific ones that would work with the 02 ex (so i was told)

the guy said it was a base model one and my car is an lx, i cant see the difference only if the ecu was for vtec but its supposedly not.

it should have a serial number on the side. you will need to reference that

if u have an lx i have a spare ecu kickin around. It works. It came out of my buddy's lx wen he did a k-swap. Its yours for the taking. PM me.
