OK... I give up. Exactly where is the EGR valve on a 91 Civic DX with fuel injection? I have a Haynes manual that shows the pic for the carb version but that doesn't help me locate the EGR for a fuel injected engine. Also, I found a little solenoid-operated valve with coolant circulation on the driver's side of the intake manifold, but that doesn't seem to be in the exhaust stream or look like the EGR picture in Autozone.

The reason for cleaning is that I'm putting this Civic on the road for my 17 year old son, and everything is running well except for a very rough idle. I was going to pull the EGR and see if it would respond to cleaning, if only I could find it. Any pics? Where on the engine is this thing? Driver or passenger side? Top or bottom of engine? Give me a hint.
