Rep Power: 0 Heated Side Mirrors
I already did a search and couldn't find an answer. Would the heated side mirrors fit and work on US models, and can you get them in the US? Thanks in advance.

Rep Power: 395 Yes they would work, but I don't think you can get them in the US. Do they have a switch as well? I think they do. That would just install next to the cruise control switch. They need a harness and relay as well. They would fit though, that's a positive.

Rep Power: 0 Grey is right on about about the switch and it's location. I have them and they work great for de-fogging in the rain. If all else fails
a Canadian dealership should be able to sell and ship them to you.

Rep Power: 0 any idea what they would cost, or where you would put the switch in an EX since all the switch locations near the cruise control switch are used. the only possible place is the second switch location where the fog light switch goes (in the 2002's)

It's actually a VERY tiny button (think just smaller than a thumb tack head), on the same panel on the left side as the mirror adjustment buttons... It also lights up orange.
At least on my EL anyway
I was eyeballing a 2000 EL, and found out they had folding mirrors, damn 2k1 ELs don't have folding mirrors

Rep Power: 0 Yeah its just a small button with the picture of the side mirror with heat waves. It lights up orange and is on the same panel as the mirror adjustment controls. Great for de-icing and de-fogging.

Rep Power: 0 I dont know about a specific price, but my sister had to get a replacement heated mirror for her VW Jetta and it cost a fair chunk of change!!!
Heated mirrors are very expensive you are probably looking at about $1200 for 2 and the switch
