question

i currently have a custom catback, no resonator, and a straight through muffler. im really sick of my car being so loud, and it has a shitty rattling sound over 4k rpm. I still have the stock muffler, so basicly my question is would the stock muffler quiet my car down at all without having a resonator? and do you think i would still hav ethe shitty rattling sound? thanks

The stock muffler will help but it will still be loud as hell and sound like crap w/o a cat or resonator. Get an axel back exhaust if you want to have a nice sound w/o the rattling.

even with the stock muffler on without a resonator, you'll still get the 'putt putt putt' popping sounds.

Put that resonator back on or like Ronaldo9 suggested...get a catback exhaust. Greddy's Evo has a great deep sound.
