get a screwdriver and on the back of the headlight there will be a slot with a lil disc lookign thing with teeth in it and you can stick your screwdriver in there and twist to either get it up or down

well people will always flash you because hid in a halogen projector throws light everywhere. you can aim them down but really it wont matter much. maybe give you a bit more light but this is why you should just open up the headlights and swap in some hid projector lenses. will be a world of difference.

I got them from HID Outlet / Revspot in Richmond, BC. They're the Anzo USA ones.

I dont think you'll have to reseal them...Theres alot of work to be done when you reseal them. You have to bake it open it put it together bla bla bla the list goes on.

The problem is probably due to the installation. Did you put everylight in the housing??? Park light, blinker lights head lights ( obviously ) highbeam.
You should plug the inlet of the park lights even if you dont use them. It seals moisture from getting in.

I also noticed that splash shields AKA fenders liners are really important. They block the treading water to hit the head lights. In rainy days it will go straight into the head light housing.

i think it would be the park/blinker light that's not air tight then. how would i go about sealing that? the high/low beam has a plastic lid for the whole thing, but not the park/blinker

what do splash shields look like?

eBay Motors: SPLASH SHIELD honda CIVIC COUPE 01-03 front 02 part LH (item 330083329520 end time Feb-07-07 09:55:53 PST)
First you have to make sure the splash shield is on there properly or else all the water treading will hit your head lights and engine area.

Second you have to make sure the park lights are covered. Moisture usually enters through these little sockets areas where light bulbs go in. make sure it goes on there tight!
