Yes. Use a blow dryer to heat up the emblem or leav it in the sun for awhile (thats what i did). Then get some floss and pull it off. Make sure you get some Goo Gone to remove the sticky residue that will be left behind. Once the emblem is off, the word civic may still be there.. if thats the case a nice Wax job to follow and you're done.

I used dental floss and elbow grease. Somehow I chipped a tiny bit of paint though? No clue how, but it's cool, I had some touch-up paint.
