Oil Change - how easy?
How easy is it to change oil on the 2002 Civic sedan? I mean... can you easily get at the oil filter and drain plug by pulling the car up on rhino ramps?
Some other cars are sometimes designed so that you need to put on a lift just to change oil.
How easy to do other simple maintenance?
I want a car that, once the warranty runs out, I can do things myself. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
I'm still negotiating with the dealers on a 2002.

OOPS, I just found your DIY thread. Good job explaing the oil change procedure!
Why do designers like to put filters in such awkward positions - jusat so you bring the car in for a change?
Will rhino ramps work OK instead of jacks?

Took me 15 mins this past weekend to do it. Only bitched once cuz my car was still a little too hot to do it...oops...2nd degree burns don't hurt, seriously
