is there a way to remove it and put a cap over the hole or something? it doesnt really get in the way except when i take off the console, but i really dont use it and would rather it not be there.
Most hardware stores carry caps that are made to fill holes. They just pop in. Go to lowes and look on the aisle with all of the drawers holding the nuts and bolts.
