i reset my ecu everytime i change the cd

seriously you should be fine. only powertrain mods like intake, exhaust, and pulley kits should generate the need to reset the ecu.

no resetting the ecu wont help with rims, you can get the speedo calibrated but as far as mileage the car comes with its tire/rim combo FOR mileage, when you switch to a tire with more traction you will lose some mileage, but it shouldnt be the difference from 350mi/tank to 200mi/tank.... take it to the dealer ......

as far as the how to reset question, you have to disconnect the battery for a certain amount of time and then let the car idle w/o touching the gas for a certain amount of time.... there are plenty of threads on this to search through... i never reset my ecu after mods b/c it usually learns within 75-100 miles (my daily commute )
