how long has been since you've had them installed? its normal for your springs to make weird *** noises as they settle.....if you've had them on for a while, hmmm i dunno, never had mines squeek before,,,,maybe take the right front tire off and spray a little bit off wd40 on the spring perches, know what i mean?

I have had the springs on for about 3 weeks or so....and they started doing it about a week ago...
it pisses me off though, it's annoying as fu ck.....and it's one of those things that someone in the next car
could here, and fu ck that sh it !! I will try to lubricate the perches again, I did that and it stopped, oh, for about a day
and started again tonight !!

Hey antidote11 - how is the ride with those springs ? I talked to Jotech and they were telling me to get them instead of the Eibach Prokit. I just don't think I can live with over a 1" drop considering my tires are .20 larger than stock and I've only got about a 2 finger gap right now without any drop.

The ride is good....but the front right squeek is driving me fu cking nuts....My friend over at Jotech said that he would replace the whole set for free, so that's cool....and I will be seeing him tomorrow in Houston. Other than the squeek, the springs rock !! The lowering is perfect...it's like exactly 1.5" drop.

Pogi - I used some silicon lubricant I use for my guns and stuff, it's pretty good stuff.....but it only killed the squeek for like 24 hours.......so that sucks. I am going to stop and get some regular WD-40 tonight and see if that helps any...as long as it get's me through the weekend at WIC I'll be fine....and then I can get the front right or all the springs replaced.

I am going to try one more set of the Goldlines..and if that doesn't work, I will have them replace them with the Pro-Kit !! But I am hoping that it doesn't come to that.....wish me luck dude !!

Cool...I just sprayed a sh it load of WD-40 on there and the squeek is gone, but for how long I wonder.
Hopefully enough to get me through the WIC then I can get a new set on if they keep doing that....I know
it must be the spring or the perch or something because it is only the right front spring that's making that
freggin' noise !! Thanks Pogi !!

Antidote, I used a white lithium grease like liquid wrench on my spring perches and I haven't had any squeeks for two weeks now. If WD40 isn't working you might want to give this a try.
