cluster swap

will an 01-03 clutster work for 04-05? i bought all the **** for diskreets led dash conversion but the leds wont work. the 05 has the leds in the curcuit board. if i can swap another cluster that would be great. if not, ive got 13 leds and 10 bulb covers for sale.

Did you destroy your 05 cluster? If not I might be interested in a trade with you...

its mint. i pulled it out and noticed the sockets for the lights werent on the back like in the diy and messaged diskreet. the 05 cluster is nice, but i want something blue. all my switch leds are blue and the red guages look nasty with em. what year is your car? is the odometer analog or digital? is yours a 5 speed?

Crappy picture quality, but it's all I've got. I'll get some daytime pics and better nighttime pics soon.

that would be pretty sweet with all these LEDs i got layin around. i tried driving today with no cluster and we shouldnt have any problems if you decide you want to trade. ive got another daily driver but at 11 mpg i dont drive it much. i wonder what shipping is gonna be like

have you looked at the DIY on the cluster swap to see whats its going to be like? and do you still have the original faces for the cluster?

The DIY is just basically switching the wires around in the connectors. And the gauges faces are just held on with some two sided tape, they can be easily removed if you don't want them. I think shipping would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 bucks
