JUST RECIVIED PULLIES: HOW DO I PUT THEM IN

I JUST RECIVED MY AEM PULLIES FOR MY 2001 CIVIC EX BUT IM NOT REALLY SURE WHERE THEY GO OR HOW TO PUT THEM IN. DO ANY OF YOU HAVE THEM AND CAN TELL ME HOW AND WHERE THEY GO. THANKS

no i know where they go and what they do i just have been hearing werid stuff about them and the instructions dont specifi 2001 civic. so any HELP would be great

I would suggest putting them in your "wait to install" box....I've started that box. So far the pullies are in it. You'll need a mechanic, and the tools of the trade. It isn;t an easy thing to install.

By the way they replace the stock altrenator and power steering pumps.

I have them.....and I installed them myself. It was quite a bitch[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

The instructions are wack dude......you will have to improvise and use your creativity, ingenuity, and mechanical prowress......but it is definitely a do-able install. Air tools and a lift would be tremendous assets for this job.

For something of this nature, it is probably best to let a trained professional do the install. Don't you have to a special tool to release the tention off the belt(s)?

Oh, and when I say 'trained professional', I don't mean the guru at your local rice store.

Dude bring it to a professional. Dont try it, fu(k it up, then say damn I should have had them installed. The basic rule is if you have no idea then get someone who does...
