Power Folding mirror switch

There is probably a really simple solution to this but looking at my dash this morning I couldn't figure out how to take out the mirror adjustment switch to replace it with the one for my power folding mirrors. If anyone can help me out with this that would be excellent.

ok, i'm an idiot with how to take off the panel, people who have installed these with the oem relay, did you have to run all new wires to the mirrors? any help installing these would be great, i'm too lazy to just figure it out right now
