dalaw is an unknown quantity at this point
those trunk lid-mounted bike racks might work. a wheel chair and a bike weighs about the same so i guess they should work.

^^ that gizmo needs a trailer hitch.
I like the bike rack idea. Maybe check some of those mobility stores to see if they make one that works like a hang on the trunk bike rack.
Roof rack is also possible, but you'd need custom mounts for the chair. Can the whole chair be put in the back seat in full?

i dunno what his situation is....but we have a wheel chair for my grandpa and is able to be broken down. meaning the handle bars fold down and the leg rests come off completely. it'd probably fit in your trunk just fine without getting in the way of too much. its not a chair that he can push himself in though...it has 4 little wheels instead of 2 huge wheels that you can push yourself with. might be an idea

the trunk idea is the best just to tie it down or something.. ok here it is he has a regular wheelchair that he rolls himself nothing powered so i can take the wheels off the seat and what not i can put the chair part in the trunk and i can put the wheels in the back seat but than that means nobody else can be in my car and put anything else ( at least that much) in my car.. if anyone can find that trunk thing that would be cool i've been looking around a little

Make sure you give him a full face helmet so he doesn't get bugs in his mouth.
