Rep Power: 0 Location of your Street Glows
Okay, so I bought my Street Glow kit on Sunday and I'm going to install them tomorrow with my friend. My question is where did everyone put there neon tubes? I'm guessing you put the 2 sides right past the lip of the chaise to hide the neons under the car. For the back I see a spot to put them but its really close to my stock muffler..so I don't know if that's going to be a problem. As for the front, I'm not sure where to place it... closer to the engine bay, further back maybe...im not sure.
Any feedback and suggestions would be helpful. thanks!

Haha, he's contradicting himself when he tells you "no offense" and then name-calling.

Rep Power: 0 im not gonna continue with this, its just plain mean! lol, even though it was pretty funn! anyways, i myself am not an expert to any degree with these underbody streetglow kits, but i think the rear you can mount to the actual bumper part of the frame.... but hey, i could be wrong, i was just goin off what i had seen on my buddys underbody kit on his 98 civic coupe. he has a wingswest kit, so i think that might also be an extra variable about where to bolt that neon tube up to....? goodluck!

Rep Power: 0 the left and right sides are pretty easy to install, the so called "self tapping screws" they come with dont work worth a damn so i recommend drilling for the sides and the rear. i put my sides on the flat surface when u look under the car, be carefull not to put them too far to the center or you will drill through your carpet , the rear is kinda hard because the space isnt big enough to mount the pieces where you are supposed to, so i just put 2 of them(one on each side). the front one is a pain in the ***, there is no where to really mount it, when i mounted it, it looked too low to the ground and it was because the first day i installed them i hit a dip really really slow and the front clips broke off and i was dragging the light, so now i have zip ties on it. i went to the shop and they dont sell the clips to hold them on. hope this helps, if u want video of where i have my lights installed email me.

Rep Power: 0 I did them yesterday.. they are pretty awesome looking. The hardest part was the location of the back. I had to make a bracket for it to hang because they was no where to put it without hitting the muffler. If anyone has questions about them ask. It only took 2 hours to do.

Rep Power: 320 On the back of mine, I took the back bumper off, and mounted it to the "frame" (the big piece of metal that the bumper goes over), if you get underneath your car and look behind the bumper you will see it, then i drilled bigger holes on the bottom of the bumper so the light can shine through.... its not as bright as the rest of the others but you can still see it, if i had a digi-cam i take some pics... oh well
