Need DIY for hood raising.. to all who help shall receive rep.
is it like this? just want to see what it would look like raised. also if it is like this how in the F did you get that back bolt out on both sides its like impossible.

i didnt do it to those though i did it to the latch connecting to the hood instead and i need to go back and get more spacers for sure didnt raise it hardly at all, hey as far as water goes i have an aem intake this is going to cause to much water to flow into the engine bay is it?

it shouldnt cause much water flow because there are channels on ur fender where the water will run...instead of using washers than get a peice of thick plastic tube which is the diameter of the bolt and about an inch long...so yea...thats how 7thgenerasiancivic (alan) did it...pm him and he'll have more tips too
It's a JDM fad... it's like having a cowl induction hood, only cheaper and kinda fugly (IMHO).
It should look like this (from Honda Tuning):

BTW, How think are the spacers you want to use? It wouldn't make any sense putting in 2" longer bolts for use with thin spacers...
