blown shocks?

blown shocks?
today my friend and i had my rear tires off paintingthe drums when i noticed my rear right shock.. it seems hat the bottom half of the shoc was wet like it was leaking? so i go and check the other side and see that its only he right side.... so whats you da mn question???? ok ... is that shock blown? when i was in the military and our vehicles hadleaking shocks they were deemed unserviceable... so is the same or am i just trying too hard to find stuff wrong with my car for the dearlership to fix??? ay answers would be deeply appreciated!!

Rep Power: 0 Same thing happened to me. Only yhe right side too. It's more than likely blown.
Now, i have 4 blown struts. I was racing on the south side (Chicago) where the streets aren't that great, and hit a dip @ about 45. My car went airborn and when it landed, sparks everywhere...like the Fast & the Furious!!! No stunt car though...
