h23 into 01 civic ex?

whats up everybody. i know its been awhile since ive been on the forums cause i recently bought an 05 cbr 1000rr and my civic has been sitting in my garage for the past year with a blown engine and tranny. so here is my question. i got a guy i work with and he is wanting to unload a prelude motor (h23a) and tranny for a little under $800. now i am a seasoned (somewhat) person when it comes to civics but here is what i wanna know: will this swap work and can anybody give me a list of ALL the parts im gonna need to do this. here is the list of partsthat im gonna need so far: engine (duh!) tranny, mounts, linkage, ecu, assorted nuts & bolts. i know there is some things that i am missing but io cant figure it out. i ve been out of the civic world for about a year and my brain is a little foggy. wel i thank y'all for your time and responses. peace.
