Wiring m3 mirrors for civic ? Help!

Wiring m3 mirrors for civic ? Help!
I got some m3 mirror's for my 02' civic !
THey are not motorized just manual with the bulb in them!
They have 3 wires
- black
- white
- blue
The black must be ground ? Then what about the white and blue ? And how do i wire them up to the turn signals ? Anyone know how I can access the wire do I have to run a wire to the engine or what ?
Any help would be apperciated!

Rep Power: 0 OH sorry my concern was matching the wiring codes to the side markers and stuff Id dind't know those wires were so easily accessible from the outside of the car I thought you'd have to run wires to the bottom of the dash!
