Good INtake???

Wanted to know if anyone has this intake, for the price is it anygood. Just want it for the sound.

Well i think thats worth it, considering the fact that K&N Filters are already priced near that. But you do get piping and a coupler =D Oh ya, It wont fit if you have a strut bar. I bought an ebay one before and it didnt fit =/ I ended up getting a strut bar after the intake, but I wanted both. So i customed my own out of abs plastic. Its a little less then 2 inch diameter but defiently way better mid/top end then the stock air box.

i think stock is better. Get a ported throttle body it gives as much gain as an intake without all the noise. www.maxbore.com and cheaper too.

yea my strut bar is for sale too now that my SRI is on. just don't think it will really give a 15 horsepower add lol. the sound is cool though. but looking at that pic it might fit with a strut bar cause there is no "hump" like K&N and AEM SRI's. not bad. shipping is ripped. i promise.

nothing wrong with that, I just dont see where it's going to held up except at the throttle body

Well i bought a similar one for my car, there was no mounts for the tube itself and they supply some bs bolts and bars that cant be hooked up to anything. So i just zip tied it to my throttle cable and whatever those other hoses are lol

nah man, will get a INJEN CAI. why the **** waste money if its not gona do anything.

i got a CAI it does **** but it sounds good. i got a EBAY one just cause i knew it did nothing. what if i got a ported TB with my CAI. well right now its a SRI but thats only for winter.
