Shaving emblems
i think shaving is a bad term for it. anywho you can use a hairdryer to heat them bad boys off and using some fishing line or brute force (your pick) to get them off. then use glue-gone or some variant (acetone for cheap-skates) to remove the tape.
step one of mequires 3 step clear cote protect wax works really well for removing dealer sticker goo and the civic/ badge goo. it also helps alot with bugs on the side mirrors and front bumber

My dad would never let me shave the emblems. When you think about it, you spent $4,000 more to get the EX model, the best civic for the year, and you're taking it off? It's like taking the Nike sign off a T-shirt.
