You have to go where you found the link, right-click on the link and click Copy Link Location (on FireFox... on IE might be different, but hope you got the point...) cuz what you have there is the shortened version of the link that forums show... but you need the whole link address... so...

--------------well the stock shift **** slides easily off once u remove the two screws holding it on, theres some grease on the rod that u should wipe off or it gets all over u hands, the shift **** is kind of tricky to put on, mine came with 3 alan screws and i had to find a place on the shift **** where they dig into it cause theres no holes for it, so i put it on and i drove them into the fatter part of the **** and it took a while to get it the right way cause if u put it too far down the car wont turn off cause it thinks ur holding down the shift button and if u put it too far up it slips off and doesnt hit the shift rod so its a pain in the ***, the shift boot was pretty easy to put on, firts u have to remove the gearbox cover and its attached all the up to the cigarette lighter, there two panels on the the side of the gearbox and u pop them out and its two clips on each side than u just pull it towards you and the part by the cig lighter comes out, then u remove the part around the shifter but first u have to remove the black ring around it which is easy, then when i put the boot on the first time the panel didnt snap in so i cut a little piece out on the shift boot where the clips would snap in so it stays in place, the black plastic ring doesnt go on all the way cause its too skinny but u can barely tell
