shavin door handles moldings and shiet like dat is soemthing you would handover to the "professionals" i 've seen some shietty *** jobs done to sum cars.... basically you have to take it to a audio/alrm shop get remote starter/alram to activate the door popppers that they install they weld a metal sheet either form the inside door panel or whether form the outisde depending on the shop usually form the inside then they put a metal flat sheet and weld and grind (sand) it to the same level of the door after that they prep it so primer will stick on after that they prime it and paint it and clear coat it.....the most improtnat thing is u better have sum $$$ to spend cuz it s alotta of werk and i don't reccommend it as a DIY but ifu do it urself i wanna see pics

actually there was a post like that a while back, at least 3 months ago, maybe as much as 6
if i were you i wouldnt do it because i had a friend who did it to his car and it didnt look verry good. his car looked verry plain and booring. the door handles add character to the car. at least thats what i think. plus thats not the first thing i need to have $1700 spent on.
Personally, I've always wondered what it would be like if your car's battery died. I mean, you could charge it...but that would require opening the hood...which has to be popped from the INSIDE! Also, what if you were out far from a store and you got out...only to have the battery in your remote die. I mean, in that case, you would just have to carry a spare in your wallet or something. lol.

i just got a hook up on this set up. havent done it yet, but when i get my car painted, the door handles are getting shaved and poppers installed. i got qouted at 300 for both doors, but thats cuz my car is getting completely custom painted. some shady FAWKERS keyd my ride while i was in class.... oh well, my benefit! NEW PAINT JOB with my choice of color! ahahahahahahaah!
