Nope, but resetting the ecu does. However, as you drive, the ecu constantly adjusts anyway, so if you have better or worse gas, it will gradually compensate based on the input from all the sensors.

computer this and computer that. i wanna see someday where the ecu tunes the a/f ratio to ideal everytime you add a new mod, even if its turbo.
